
Lisa is an Executive Coach, facilitator and people development specialist with a career spanning twenty-five plus years. Lisa’s earlier career encompassed leadership development and change management senior strategic roles, having developed extensive depth and breadth of experience in the ‘people side of business.’
Following her design and implementation of award winning initiatives and programs in the finance industry, Lisa worked as an executive consultant. This encompassed many challenging assignments across a wide range of industry sectors, frequently supporting project teams with organisational development initiatives that maximised individual potential as well as improved team and organisational performance. For the last 15 years, Lisa has channeled her expertise and passion to focus in the areas of leadership/executive coaching, leadership development and enhancing the performance of teams, partnering with organisations including AMP, APA Group, Munich Re, BlackRock, Qantas, Ernst & Young, Access PR, SKM, Optus, TransGrid, SA Water and Settlement Services International.
As founder and Director of Connections Coaching and Consulting, Lisa has created a highly successful coaching practice, supporting many clients from diverse backgrounds. Her insightful, sound and dynamic approach, her wealth of experience, an ability to quickly connect with and understand people, ensures that clients gain renewed confidence, increased awareness of themselves and others, skills development, enhanced performance as well as greater work/life enjoyment. Lisa has also designed and delivered a range of organisational development solutions for clients that build the required skills and facilitate behavioural change.
