‘Coach the Coach’ Development

Our passion for coaching, our many years of experience and extensive, sound methodology enables us to offer clients ‘coach the coach’ training and development.  This one to one individualised program is available to people who wish to strengthen their coaching capability or those wishing to work as professional coaches. 

‘Coach the coach’ development involves six, two hourly sessions with an experienced leadership/executive coach.  It also includes training in the use of a wide range of coaching tools and methodologies, drawn from business and psychology theory and practice over many years, designed to build self awareness and skill in coaching clients.
