Lisa Doherty – Director and Founder

Lisa Doherty

Lisa is an Executive Coach, facilitator and people development specialist with a career spanning twenty-five plus years.  Lisa’s earlier career encompassed leadership development and change management senior strategic roles, having developed extensive depth and breadth of experience in the ‘people side of business.’ 

 

Following her design and implementation of award winning initiatives and programs in the finance industry, Lisa worked as an executive consultant. This encompassed many challenging assignments across a wide range of industry sectors, frequently supporting project teams with organisational development initiatives that maximised individual potential as well as improved team and organisational performance.  For the last 15 years, Lisa has channeled her expertise and passion to focus in the areas of leadership/executive coaching, leadership development and enhancing the performance of teams, partnering with organisations including AMP, APA Group, Munich Re, BlackRock, Qantas, Ernst & Young, Access PR, SKM, Optus, TransGrid, SA Water and Settlement Services International.

 

As founder and Director of Connections Coaching and Consulting, Lisa has created a highly successful coaching practice, supporting many clients from diverse backgrounds. Her insightful, sound and dynamic approach, her wealth of experience, an ability to quickly connect with and understand people, ensures that clients gain renewed confidence, increased awareness of themselves and others, skills development, enhanced performance as well as greater work/life enjoyment.  Lisa has also designed and delivered a range of organisational development solutions for clients that build the required skills and facilitate behavioural change.

Eithne Hannan

Eithne is an organisational psychologist with extensive experience as an Executive Coach, learning & development specialist and an organisational development consultant.  She specialises in coaching, assessment and development and leadership development.  Through her expertise in psychology and her organisational knowledge, she provides unique insights into the dynamics of organisations using tools such as surveys, psychometric tests, 360 degree assessments, personality questionnaires and qualitative assessments. 

 

Eithne spent five years working as a Senior Learning and Development Manager at Ernst & Young and prior to that as a consultant at Arthur Andersen, within their People Strategy Practice. She worked as a corporate psychologist for a boutique consulting firm and more recently Eithne has worked with a number of large corporate organisations facilitating leadership programs, designing and implementing development centres as well as coaching. She partnered with AMP over the last few years to design their talent program and provided Executive Coaching to identified talent.

Cecille Heath

Cecille is a communications skill specialist working in a broad range of areas from sales force effectiveness to executive coaching and program facilitation. She has successfully implemented numerous sales and sales coaching programs, leadership and management initiatives, people development programs and workplace diversity related assignments.  Cecille’s aim is always to work with participants to assist them in achieving behavioural change so the impact is a tangible business outcome.

 

Early in her consulting career, Cecille worked on running and designing sales focused programs.  She then took on the account management of her key clients as well as people management in the leadership team.  During that time she developed expertise in the broad range of communication-based programs she now facilitates.  Cecille gained commercial experience in various sales roles before moving to a career in Communications Consulting. She has worked as a consultant in this realm for 18 years and has taken on executive responsibilities during that time.

Kate Ramsay

Kate has been providing transformational coaching services to leaders since 1990 and has more than 12,000 hours of coaching experience. Kate was a pioneer executive coach in Australia and has produced many invaluable coaching tools that help clients gain breakthrough insights, critical to behavioural change.

 

 

Kate commenced her career as a registered nurse and midwife.  She has worked in Community Health, nursing in hospitals and community based.  She moved into the consulting field following this and designed and facilitated many educational workshops for senior leaders relating to diversity, in organisations who were leading the way in creating more equity at work.

 

Kate has focused exclusively on coaching for many years.  She has coached leaders at all levels of organisations nationally. Several years ago Kate was the lead coach in a highly successful large scale coaching assignment involving delivering 360 degree feedback to all of the Partners of Minter Ellison.  Her extensive experience, integrity, insight and passion for coaching have enabled her to achieve outstanding results in supporting leaders to reach their desired future goals and potential.

 

Kate has a Diploma in Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma Health Counselling.
