Our Coaching Approach

We provide one to one, confidential coaching that is customised to the needs of our clients. 

 

Our coaching enables people to make transformations in line with their aspirations, by supporting them to gain: -

 

  • Clarity – Regarding direction, goals, values, issues and challenges
  • Insights – An enhanced awareness of self and others.  Increased confidence and emotional intelligence. Enhanced personal power and influence.
  • Solutions – Ideas, information, tools, techniques and strategies. Direction setting and action planning.

 

Our coaches are catalysts for our client’s enhanced self-insight. We help stimulate thinking in new and reframed ways and facilitate action according to our client’s desired future. We have a minimum of 10 years coaching experience and draw on significant business and leadership experience, as well as our training in behavioural sciences.  

                                                                                           

We are accredited in a variety of assessment/psychometric tools and have many years experience in providing feedback using tools in conjunction with coaching.

 

Coaching sessions are usually 2 hours in duration and held fortnightly to monthly.  Generally a minimum of 6 sessions is conducted over a six to twelve month period. This helps develop personal mastery, allows for opportunities to practice new ways of thinking and working and enables sustained behaviour change.
